Established in 1999 and renovated in 2005, the hotel building takes an area of 4,000 square meters, near to High trading assembly hall and the exhibition center. It is located at Binhe Avenue which is across the city center of Shenzhen from east to west as the main street from Luohu to Shekou and Gangshen Bridge. The hotel is east to Huanggang port which is the main entrance to Hongkong, close to the exhibition center, citizen center, unite plaza and office building of new city government, west to world window, Chinese people culture country, Hongshulin nature zoology protected area.
There are about 250 guestrooms and suites, equipped with independent air-conditioning, bath room, IDD, free broadband internet, satellite and so on. The hotel includes conference rooms of middle size and small size, and they are suitable for exhibition, discussion, entertainment and big banquet.
